Guangzhou Yuan Feng Yuan Bio-tec Co. Ltd is a modern professional biopesticide manufacturer integrated with research, manufacturing, sales and services. It mainly produces nuisanceless biopesticide- oligose factor series products. The company is located at Guangzhou Science City, where is the research base for biological products of Yuan Feng Yuan and is also the national and even global supply base for Yuan Feng Yuan. The raw material base and production base are located at Guangdong Yuexi area.

The company successively assumes Guangdong Key New Product Plan, Guangdong Science and Technology Innovation Hundred Items, National Key New Product Plan, National Torch Plan, Nation “Fifteen” Science and Technology Tackle Key Problem Plan, National Agricultural Scientific Technique Fruits Transforming in to Capital, National High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Engineering-project the research task of “nuisanceless biopesticide oligose factor industrialization exploitation”. 
项目研究取得了重大成果:攻克了生产低聚糖素酶解、超滤、反渗透等关键技术,基本解决了有效应用低聚糖素的关键技术,在国内外率先利用低聚糖素作为生物农药防治植物病害,这一成果经中科院情报所查新,国内外尚无报道;项目研究过程中多项技术达到国内领先、国际先进水平。
The project research achieved great fruit. It conquered the key technique of producing oligose factor zymohydrolysis, hyperfiltration, reverse osmosis, basically solved the key technique of effectively applying oligose factor, and took the lead in using oligose factor as biopesticide to prevent plant disease home and abroad. Institute of Scientific & Technical Information of China checked and found no report about this fruit. Many techniques in researching process reached the domestic leading level and international advanced level.
 
2003年12月,该项目通过国家科技部项目验收,专家组一致通过。2004年3月,该项目被国家知识产权局正式授予发明专利权。第九届中国杨凌农高会上该项目荣获最高奖项——后稷特别奖,中央电视台进行了独家专访。生产低聚糖的工艺方法也荣获中国第十四届发明博览会银奖。项目主持人杨公正先生曾陪同时任广东省委书记李长春、省长卢瑞华考察生物农药项目。
In December 2003, this project was checked and accepted by experts group of Ministry of Science and Technology of the People’s Republic of China. In April 2004, this project was officially awarded Invention Patent Right by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C. On the 9th China Yangling Agricultural High-tech Conference, this item was awarded the highest prize-Houji Special Prize, which was reported by CCTV. The technique and art of producing oligose was also awarded the silver prize by the 14th China Invention Exposition. The responsible person of this project, Mr. Yang Gong Zheng, once accompanied Li Chang Chun, Secretary of Guangdong Provincial Committee of CPC and Lu Rui Hua, governor of Guangdong to inspect biopesticide project.

Part II: Product Introduction
 
低聚糖素是复杂的碳水化合物,是特殊的低聚糖,它在植物体内作为信号分子调节植物生长发育及在环境中的生存能力。本公司生产的低聚糖素是从富含糖类的幼嫩植物原料中经生物工程方法提取制得的。主要成分是寡聚半乳糖醛酸,其水剂产品主要质量指标:低聚糖素≥0.4%;总糖≥4%。
Oligose factor is a complicated carbohydrate. Being a special oligose, it acts as signal in plant to adjust plant’s growth and its surviving ability. The oligose produced by the company is distilled from tender plant material rich in glucide by bioengineering method. Its main ingredient is oligo polygalacturonic acid, whose main aqua product’s main quality indexes are oligose factor ≥0.4%, total sugar ≥4%. 
 
由于植物能认识明显特异性的低聚糖素并对其作出反应,当低聚糖素进入植株体内后,诱导植物产生苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化酶、多酚氧化酶,合成积累植保素、酚类等抗病性物质,并能使木质素增加、细胞壁增厚, 产生过敏反应, 以抑制病原菌的生长、繁殖,从而达到防治病害和增加产量的目的。
Because plant could recognize oligose factor with distinct specialty and make reaction, when oligose factor entered plant’s body, it would abduct plant to produce phenylalanine ammonialyase, peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase, synthesize and accumulate anti-disease substances such as pest control factor and phenols, increase lignin and thicken cell wall, produce anaphylactic reaction to inhibit growth and reproduce of pathogenicbacteria, so as to achieve the aim of preventing disease and increasing output.
 
低聚糖素已获得广东省技术质量监督局核准产品标准备案、国家农业部核准农药临时登记、国家石油和化学工业局核发了农药生产批准证书、广东省工业产品许可证办公室核准生产许可,国家商标局批准“原沣源”商标注册。
Oligose has obtained Approved Product Standard Record by Guangdong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Approved Pesticide Temporary Registration by Ministry of Agriculture, Manufacturing Approval License of Pesticide by State Bureau of Petroleum and Chemical Industries, Manufacturing License approved by Guangdong Industrial Product License Office, and “Yuan Feng Yuan ” Brand Registration approved by State Patent and Trademark Office.
 
经中国广州分析测试中心检测, 低聚糖素产品质量达到广东省Q/GDYF 01—2005标准要求;经广东省劳动卫生监督所进行农药毒理学试验, LD50 大于5100 mg/kg,其产品使用是安全的。
Examined by Guangzhou Analysis Test Center, the quality of oligose factor product reached Guangdong Q/GDYF 01-2005 standard request; the pesticide toxicological experiment by Guangdong Working Sanitation Supervision Institute showed that LD50 was larger than 5100 mg/kg and the safety is guaranteed.
 
而且生产过程中的废渣可作饲料、有机肥料或燃料,废水污染物种类少易生化降解,气体主要为浓缩过程中的水蒸气。总体来说属基本无污染的项目。
Besides, the waste residue produced from manufacturing process could be used for feedstuff, organic fertilizer or fuel. Its waste water has few contaminations and is easy to proceed biochemical degradation. The gases are mainly the vapor produced during concentration process. Generally speaking, it’s an project with no pollution.

The appointed legal and cooperation company or institute by Ministry of Agriculture did registered, demonstrating and large-scale field test examination to different plants and different diseases such as foodstuff, fruits and vegetables by using oligose factor, which achieved distinct prevention effect that is better than regular chemical pesticide. Recent years, the company has been doing large-scale trial all over the country, popularizing the application of oligose factor product, which has achieved great effect and won extensive users’ appraisement and experts’ affirmation.
 
本产品对世界性难题——小麦赤霉病的防效经湖北、山东农检所试验在75—85%, 平均增产18 %,湖北潜江增产高达32%。
The efficacy rate of the product treating and preventing the world difficulty, Wheat Scab, proved to be 75%-85% in the test by Hubei and Shangdong Agricultural Test Institute, with the 18% average production increase. The production increase in Hubei Qianjiang was 32%.  
本产品可同时防治水稻各种病害,经广东、江西、湖北、安徽、黑龙江等农业部门试验,总体防效在75—90%,平均增产15 %,黑龙江垦区军川农场水稻增产高达46%。
The product could prevent and cure various kinds of diseases of paddy. After trial in agricultural department in Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hubei, Anhui, Heilongjiang, and so on, the total prevention rate was 75%-90%, with the 15% average production increase. The production increase of Junchuan Farm of Heilongjiang Farms was 46%.
中国农科院油料研究所对油菜菌核病试验防效达70 %,蔬菜研究所对黄瓜枯萎病试验抑菌率达72 %。中国热带农科院植保所对香蕉枯萎病、叶斑病试验防效达80 %,对荔枝霜霉病试验防效达80 %。对胡椒枯萎病试验防效达91 %,对橡胶白粉病试验防效也十分明显。
The trial of prevention rate of cole stalk break by oil-bearing institute of China Academy of Agriculture Sciences was 70%. The trial of bacteriostasis rate of cucumber blast by vegetable institute was 72%. The trial by Pest Control Institute China Tropic Academy of Agriculture Sciences showed that the prevention rate of banana blast and leaf spot was 80%, the prevention rate of lechee downy mildew was 80%, the prevention rate of pepper blast was 91%, and the prevention effect of rubber powdery mildew was distinct.
 
原沣源1号水果基地种植的荔枝龙眼,主要使用低聚糖素,产品经中国广州分析测试中心现场抽检,品质达无公害标准要求。
The lichee and longan planted in No. 1 Yuan Feng Yuan Fruit Base were mainly applied oligose. The products were examined by China Guangzhou Analysis Test Center randomly at sight, which proved the quality hadreeched nuisanceless standard request.
2003年海南省农业厅组织低聚糖素应用示范推广会,与会代表反应强烈,产品得到广泛的应用。
In 2003, Department of Agriculture of Hainan organized an oligose application demonstration popularization conference. On the conference, the attending delegates reacted actively. The product got extensively used.
2004年公司与中国农业大学合作在山东省蔬菜主产区,用低聚糖素防治蔬菜病害,推广10多万亩,起到良好的作用。
In 2004, the company cooperated with China Agricultural University in Shangdong Main Vegetable Production Base, used oligose to prevent and cure vegetable diseases with the scope of more than 100 thousand acres, which played a good effect. 
2005年黑龙江农垦总局、内蒙古海拉尔农垦局用飞机喷施低聚糖素防治水稻、油菜病害,推广面积30多万亩,效果十分显著。

目前我国是世界第二大农药生产国,但却不是农药生产强国,农药产品几乎没有自主知识产权,一直都在仿制国外原药,产品结构很不合理,高效低毒的农药品种很少,而高效低毒的杀菌类有机农药则更为罕见。

欧盟于2003年12月31日起正式禁止320种农药销售,其中涉及中国正在生产、使用及出口的农药达60多个品种。按照欧盟相关规定,使用过欧盟违禁农药的农产品不允许进入欧盟市场。
Since December 31st, 2003, the European Union had formally forbidden the sales of 320 pesticides. Among which, it dealt with more than 60 kinds of products exported and used by China. According to relevant European Union regulations, the agricultural products which have been applied the forbidden pesticide are not allowed to enter European Union Market.
